Preserving the legacies of Historical Black Schools. Historically Black Schools of Mecklenburg County Virginia’s mission is to collect, assemble and preserve for posterity (future generations) a collection of artifacts, memorabilia and profiles of East End High School, West End High School, Thyne Institute and Mecklenburg County Training School.
