Clarksville’s Autumn Festival For The Whole Family! Come and celebrate the fall season the first Saturday in October at the Annual Harvest Days Festival!

VENDORS SET UP BY 9 AM AND REMAIN SET UP UNTIL 3 PM
SPACES ARE LIMITED AND PROCESSED with application
***UPON RECEIPT OF PAYMENT ON A FIRST-IN & FIRST-PLACED BASIS***
We will make every effort to give you the space requested; however, we reserve the right to adjust spaces to the best advantage of the vendors and flow of festival. 
***Clarksville Chamber Members and Harvest Days Festival Sponsors will be given foremost  consideration.
Deadline for Submission price break is September 20th 2018
After that a procrastination charge of $10.00 per space will be added.
Applications received by the September 20th 2018 deadline will be notified of  their space number by email, around September 28th, 2018.

Fees/Admission:
  • Vendors must supply their own tents & tables
  • Electricity or water is NOT provided
  • Vendors are responsible for picking up and removing their own trash & other surplus they have created during the day. 
This is a rain or shine fundraising event--please make considerations for that--
NO refunds will be given.
ALL Spaces are 10x10 in the parallel parking spaces along Virginia Avenue--SET UP FACING the sidewalk & buildings
