Walter R. Beales III, a local attorney, will conduct the presentation.  Attorney Beales has practiced law for more than 37 years in both Virginia and Florida and he has an extensive estate planning and real estate practice.  Beales is also the current Commissioner of Accounts for the Circuit Court of Mecklenburg County; the Commissioner’s Office supervises decedents’ estate, guardianship and some trust administrations for the Court.  In addition to the presentation that will be followed by a question and answer session, each person attending will receive printed materials about estate planning.  Complimentary refreshments will be available.
