Event Description:
The 41st Annual Boydton Day celebration is getting closer. Saturday, Oct. 28, the courthouse square in Boydton will be crowded with vendors, music and fun.  Several dozen vendors have signed up to sell everything from food to crafts to jewelry and everything in between. Funnel cakes, fries, hotdogs and Brunswick Stew are just a few of the delicious items that will be available.  The parade, including antique cars and tractors, begins at 10 am, starting at the old Boydton High School lot.  The “B.E.Z. Band” and “New Project” and “Dance It Out” students will be on the stage at PATHS throughout the day. Visitors can check out the antique tractors, there will be an area for children’s games outside the library and a beautiful quilt contest at the Boyd Tavern. Vendors of all kinds will set up around the courthouse square. Food trucks, church bake sales, jewelry, craft items and much more will be for sale until 4 pm. For more information, go to
